The orphan on Earth includes physically orphaned and socially orphaned children; That is some kids have no family alive (physically orphaned), while other kids (socially orphaned) have family that for financial, governmental, social reasons, etc. have relinquished their rights to the child and given custody of the child to an appointed non-family arrangement (International orphanage, United States Foster Care, Domestic adoption, etc.).
